Daniel is the face of Able to Dream, Inc. and likely your first point of contact. He believes deeply in being approachable and accessible as the leader of the organization. His main function is to coordinate services in a way that all essential needs are met as promised. He will be happy to serve as liaison between you, your direct care worker, your Support Coordinator, other service providers, and the Agency for Persons with Disabilities. He will be involved in all final decisions regarding your services and is backup support for all service-related needs.
Daniel has completed his Master’s degree at Nova Southeastern University and is currently working toward becoming a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst!
Education:
- Bachelor of Science in Business Administration
- Master of Science in Developmental Disabilities w/ concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis
Experience:
14+ years of experience managing and providing direct care Medicaid Waiver services, including Residential Habilitation, Supported Living Coaching, Supported Employment Coaching, Personal Supports, and Respite Care.

Antwan is our Agency's Lead Clinician. He oversees the Specialized Mental Health Counseling services, and is the direct contact for any and all things clinical.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, he provides and supervises the provision of individual, couples, and family therapy. He is trained and qualified to assess, diagnose, and treat mental health disorders, such as anxiety and depression. He is a grief and trauma specialist who also works in private practice, and has vast experience working with individuals with Developmental Disabilities.

- Graduate Certification in Drug & Alcohol Abuse Counseling
Experience:
10+ years experience as Assistant Director of Forensic Behavior Focused Group Homes.
5+ years experience as a mental health counselor in community mental health, nonprofits, and private practice.
2 years experience as a Quality Assurance Reviewer w/ Qlarant (formerly known as Delmarva Foundation).
2+ years experience as a Solo Waiver Provider and Consultant to Medicaid Waiver Providers.
